Privacy Policy

We value our customers and fully respect your privacy. Here are some of the ways that we protect your personal and financial information as we fulfill your online orders.

The Information we request

Senior Editing only requests information that is required for business or legal purposes. We will never collect or store your information without your permission. Any anonymous visitors to the Senior Editing site will remain anonymous and Senior Editing will take no action to attempt to identify them.

The information we share

Senior Editing does not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your personal information unless we are explicitly required to do so by law. However, we may share aggregate information about our users in a non-personally identifiable manner with advertisers and other third parties in order to design and create more targeted advertising, products and services. We may, on occasion, use your email address to conduct market research for our own internal use only and/or to market Senior Editing to you. We may use a third party to assist us with such activities. This third party will be fully bound by an obligation of confidentiality to Senior Editing and may not use any personally identifiable information in strict compliance with this privacy policy.

The cookies we use

A cookie is a small string of text that is stored on a computer’s web browser. Cookies typically contain information pertaining to a user’s preferences. Senior Editing uses two types of cookies:

1)  Session ID Cookies — These are temporary cookies that are used to assist Senior Editing users to navigate the site. They do not reveal any of your personal information. When you end your session with Senior Editing these terminate and are not stored on your computer.

2)  Persistent Cookies — These are small pieces of data that are stored on a user’s computer. The use of persistent cookies on the Senior Editing site is optional.  For example, users may optionally use a cookie to remember their email address in order to automatically sign in to the Senior Editing member area. Users can remove persistent cookies by following the instructions provided by their Internet browser provider.

How we ensure your security

The account of each member of the Senior Editing site is password protected. Senior Editing takes every precaution to protect the information of all our users during the online document editing process. We use industry standard measures to protect all the information that is stored on our servers and within our database. Senior Editing limits access to this information to those employees who explicitly need the information to perform their job function.

Your choice

Members who do not wish to receive email updates, newsletters or notifications may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the instructions contained within the applicable email, or by contacting customer services.
